Business Consultant
You are a proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within a team structure. Motivated to contribute to transformation projects and with client-facing experience, you thrive in a dynamic, professional environment and are eager to further develop your career in business consulting. You hold a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities:
Client Services
-
Provides business analysis and practice management advice
-
Conducts strategic and operational reviews
-
Facilitates project planning and management
-
Leads project teams (including internal and external resources)
-
Facilitates system selections, evaluations and contract negotiations
-
Facilitates process transformation including analysis, mapping processes, and recommendations
-
Facilitates change management programs incorporating design, development and delivery
-
Consults in data integrity analysis and manages data conversion processes, UAT and issue resolution
-
Designs and develops specifications for reports, formats, workflows and system integrations

Client Relationship Management
-
Identifies and attracts opportunities for further business with existing clients

Maintains client relationships by providing regular consultation on contemporary business issues

Completes file notes, reports, minutes of meetings, and workshop discussion notes
Business Development
-
Assists in identifying new business opportunities

Assists in developing and presenting proposals and presentations for clients and prospective clients

Assists in developing business tools and methodologies to improve intellectual property
Administration

Records billable and non-billable time on a daily basis​​
Projects Coordinator
You are a self-starter with a keen eye for detail. You have the capability to work autonomously and have an interest in contributing across a broad range of business activities. You are drawn to a dynamic and highly professional environment with a keen interest in building your career while supporting a successful, award winning consulting firm. You have a tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Commerce or similar.

Salary package $70k - $100k
Responsibilities:

Coordinate office management and maintenance issues including procurement of office supplies, technology.

Coordinate pro bono initiatives such as community, charity and first peoples’ initiatives.

Maintain and update external and internal toolsets and templates.

Assist with marketing initiatives including LinkedIn posts, intranet updates and event management.

Coordinate technology or new employees.

Write and distribute minutes for team meetings.
-
Assist with business development initiatives including target market research

Organise catering for meetings and booking restaurants for team events.

Procure flights and accommodation for travelling consultants.
-
Assist with client billing.​
