The Chilli IQ 19th Managing Partners Forum was held on the Gold Coast at the Marriott hotel, bringing together leaders from across the legal profession for another insightful and well-executed event.

Her session prompted thoughtful discussion around leadership, culture and the evolving expectations of the modern workforce.

Dr Kristy Goodwin delivered vital strategies for managing what she described as the highest levels of workplace stress in history, offering practical insights into how leaders can perform at their peak while supporting the wellbeing of their teams.
