Harriss Wagner is proud to sponsor the 19th Managing Partners Forum on the Gold Coast, bringing industry leaders together to share insights and shape the future of the profession. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, collaborate and support this event.

The Chilli IQ 19th Managing Partners Forum was held on the Gold Coast at the Marriott hotel, bringing together leaders from across the legal profession for another insightful and well-executed event.

Harriss Wagner was proud to support the legal sector as a Sapphire Sponsor of this pre-eminent forum. Representing the Harriss Wagner team were Amanda Harriss, Robert Wagner, Matthew Arendsen and Alexis Di Girolamo, who enjoyed sharing insights, reconnecting with valued clients and connecting with fellow leaders from across the profession.

The program commenced with International Keynote Speaker, Julia Hobsbawm OBE, who joined live from London to tackle the future of the hybrid workplace and the challenges of managing five generations within law firms today. Her session prompted thoughtful discussion around leadership, culture and the evolving expectations of the modern workforce.

Dr Kristy Goodwin delivered vital strategies for managing what she described as the highest levels of workplace stress in history, offering practical insights into how leaders can perform at their peak while supporting the wellbeing of their teams.

Across the forum, conversations centred on the future of legal practice, innovation and the leadership capability required to navigate an increasingly complex environment. We thoroughly enjoyed engaging in these discussions and hearing diverse perspectives from across the sector.

As always, the Managing Partners Forum provided a meaningful opportunity to reconnect, build new relationships and reflect on the challenges and opportunities shaping the profession. We look forward to continuing these conversations in the months ahead.
