PROJECTS COORDINATOR

You are a self-starter with a keen eye for detail. You have the capability to work autonomously and have an interest in contributing across a broad range of business activities. You are drawn to a dynamic and highly professional environment with a keen interest in building your career while supporting a successful firm. You have a tertiary qualification in business administration, commerce or similar.

​Key responsibilities of this highly desirable role includes:

  • Providing administrative support on our client projects

  • Providing administrative support on our internal projects

  • Conducting market research

  • Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives.

 

BUSINESS ANALYST 

You are a self-motivated individual with a well-honed attention to detail. Working within teams of like-minded professionals you have the capability to interact with clients and have an interest and aptitude for analysing business systems and processes. You are drawn to a dynamic and highly professional environment with a keen interest in building your career while supporting a successful firm. You have a tertiary qualification in accounting, technology, data science, commerce or similar.

​Key responsibilities of this highly desirable role includes:

  • Providing business analysis and practice management advice

  • Facilitating process transformation including analysis, mapping processes, and recommendations

  • Consulting in data integrity analysis and managing data conversion processes, UAT and issue resolution

  • Designing and developing specifications for reports, formats, workflows and system integrations

  • Assisting with business development initiatives.

PROJECT MANAGER

You are a seasoned project leader with a unique combination of seeing the detail and the big picture. You have the capability to manage technology implementation and integration projects including managing budgets, resources, time and quality. You are drawn to a dynamic and highly professional environment with a keen interest in building your career while supporting a successful firm. You have a tertiary qualification in project management, program management, commerce, accounting or similar.

​Key responsibilities of this highly desirable role includes:

  • Conducting strategic and operational reviews

  • Facilitating project planning and management

  • Leading project teams (including internal and external resources)

  • Facilitating system selections, evaluations and contract negotiations

  • Facilitating change management programs incorporating design, development and delivery

  • Assisting with business development initiatives.

DEVELOPER

You are a software engineer ready to join our team by developing legal industry software products. You have a strong background in C++ and object-oriented programming (OOP). You will be responsible for designing and implementing new features, writing unit tests, and refactoring existing code. You have a tertiary qualification in computer science, software engineering, or similar.

Key responsibilities of this highly desirable role includes:  

  • Designing, building, testing, and deploying software applications and features

  • Writing clean, concise, and efficient code

  • Managing code documentation and version control

  • Troubleshooting and debugging software

  • Working with business analysts to define software requirements
